Dimensionality Meets Functionality / Roswell

BEFORE –

A ‘salt box’ Cape Cod home with no protection for the front door or exterior. While the original home features a historic architectural style, it also lacked head-turning curb appeal.

AFTER –

Georgia Front Porch designed and built an 38’ x 8’ deep porch fully extends the length of the house. The roof features a center gable shape with shed style on either side. Six tapered, low-maintenance composite columns rest on stone piers and pony wall. The interior ceiling is bead board and includes mounted ceiling fans. Neighbors may have ignored this home before, but are doing double-takes now. And, the homeowners are loving the expansive porch that’s perfect for relaxed, rocking chair conversations with family and friends!
