Douglass 2 Story Portico Case Study

BEFORE –

This European stucco house exudes elegance but lacks protection for the beautiful wood front door and trim.

AFTER –

Georgia Front Porch designed and built a 12’ x 6’ two story portico with copper corner details to match the bay window. The gable face, sides and back are stucco and the ceiling is barreled bed board. Two stone piers support the tall columns. The roof was shingled to match the existing house. The roof is supported by two 16” round fluted, low-maintenance fiberglass columns. Two Roman Corinthian column capitals convey classical grandeur.
