Lori Jones Timber Portico Case Study
BEFORE –
Flat faced traditional brick home needs a curb appeal update plus protection for wood front door, trim, packages and visitors.
AFTER –
A new 6’ x 10’ portico was built over the existing stoop. The front façade includes an elegant arched roof supported by two 8” square cedar columns, trimmed top and bottom. The portico features a graphite standing seam metal roof with drip edge. The ceiling is a barrel tongue and groove with crown trim. To further update the house, our customer gave the residence a new paint scheme. Homeowners and neighbors love the new fresh curb appeal!
